Individual Therapy
Individual sessions at Willow Tree Therapy are for adults who want space to slow things down and attend more carefully to their inner experience. People often come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain reactions, emotions, or difficulties keep repeating. This work is thoughtful and paced, offering a place to reflect on what you’re experiencing
